Tega Cay Mayor Carmen Miller and City Manager Charlie Funderburk will take questions from residents at the city's quarterly Community Town Hall on Thursday, Oct. 29, according to the city's website.

The session runs from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Tega Cay Police Department Training Room, 7705 Tega Cay Drive, the city said in a Facebook post on Monday, Oct. 26.

The open forum gives residents a direct line to the mayor and city manager. The city has not published a set agenda or topic list for the meeting.

The town halls follow a quarterly schedule. A June report from WRHI noted that a town hall with the mayor and city manager was planned for the last Thursday of July, following the same recurring format. Those sessions are held at the police department training room, the same venue used for the city's Chat with Council events.

Thursday's meeting comes after a busy stretch for Tega Cay City Council. At its Oct. 19 meeting, according to the city's recap, council awarded a street-patching contract to Eddie Smith & Son's in an amount not to exceed $45,000. Council also voted to hire Lowcountry Wildlife Specialists to cull up to 30 deer during the 2026–2027 fiscal year at a cost not to exceed $19,700.

Police Chief Crosby announced two new department initiatives at that same meeting: the Blue Envelope Program and Project Lifesaver.

The city also reached an agreement with the Cameron Creek HOA to provide yard debris collection services to that neighborhood. The HOA will contact Cameron Creek residents with collection details, according to the recap.

Residents who want to learn more or cannot attend Thursday's town hall can reach City Hall at (803) 548-3512. City Hall is located at 7725 Tega Cay Drive.
