Mr. Putty's Fun Park in Tega Cay has transformed into a Halloween scream park for the season, as first reported by WBTV.

The event, called "Par-Tee in the Graveyard," features live actors, smoke machines, Halloween decorations and open-air scares layered on top of the park's regular attractions. Doors open at 7 p.m. The scream park has been running on Friday and Saturday nights since Oct. 16, and the park's Oct. 23 Instagram post confirmed it was open that evening.

Saturday, Oct. 24, is the next scheduled night. The park has not publicly confirmed a final date for the series.

Owner and operator Rob Casatelli told WBTV the park aims to give families a Halloween outing without a big price tag. "Our venue kind of offers a more family atmosphere and not to say on a budget, but you can come here relatively inexpensively and have a Halloween experience at Mr. Putty's," Casatelli said.

Casatelli said October is always a fun month for the park because of the Halloween season. Year-round, Mr. Putty's operates as a family entertainment venue at 2333 Dam Rd. in Tega Cay.

The scream park goes well beyond haunted mini-golf. According to Mr. Putty's, the attraction list includes bumper cars, a ropes course with a zip-line, climbing and bouncing activities, wax hand mold making and axe throwing for guests 21 and older. Concessions and a full bar with beer, wine, seltzers and ciders are available. The park says the event is suitable for all ages.

Tickets are available for pre-purchase through the park's website at mrputtys.com. Pricing was not listed in the park's public posts.
